LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5/Grey News) – A genuine estate agent was attacked after the suspect entered model property she was demonstrating, in accordance to an arrest report by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Law enforcement.
Suspect Richy Cervantes, faces prices of household invasion, tried sexual assault, lewdness, battery, and kidnapping following the incident on July 11 at an undisclosed neighborhood.
In accordance to police, a real estate agent was doing the job at a design property and demonstrating the household to likely customers.
The agent stated a male was walking all around the model home performing suspicious and unlocking home windows within the home.
Soon after the man remaining, the real estate agent locked the front doorway and windows of the design property before contacting law enforcement and reporting the suspicious man, the report reported.
The agent proceeded to connect with a coworker to clarify the predicament and questioned them to join her on website.
While the agent was on the mobile phone with her coworker, the suspect returned to the household and tried to enter back inside of the design property.
The lady hid in a closet and stayed on the telephone with her coworker.
The suspect broke a window, entered into the property and found the sufferer hiding.
The genuine estate agent claimed the man dragged her out of the closet and pinned her down. The guy proceeded to make threatening feedback toward her prior to performing a lewd act, according to authorities.
Police made use of a sledgehammer to bust open the entrance doorway and arrest the suspect.
