Barings has entered a joint undertaking with Lincoln Property Co. by the acquisition of a 3-home, 228,000-sq.-foot daily life science portfolio in Fremont, Calif. Angelo Gordon & Co. bought the GMP-compliant property, though Newmark brokered the transaction on behalf of both equally parties.

LPC beforehand teamed up with Angelo Gordon to order the portfolio final year and compensated $61.7 million, public documents present.

Newmark Government Vice Chairman & President Steven Golubchik, Vice Chairman Edmund Najera, Senior Controlling Director Jonathan Schaefler and Director Darren Hollak worked on the recent transaction.
