NAIOP: Name a human being who has had a noteworthy impression on your vocation.

Stoelzle: Dennis Williams, two-time president of the NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area chapter, has been an unwavering mentor during my profession in business serious estate. Given that I was a scholar in his MBA True Estate Enhancement system at the College of California, Berkeley, he has supported my career aspirations and aided me grow my breadth and depth within the field. He has been the catalyst for my involvement in numerous NAIOP plans, but also other corporations such as the Berkeley Serious Estate Alumni Association and Fort Mason Heart for Arts & Lifestyle, the two nonprofit businesses for which I presently maintain board chair positions. Dennis’ enthusiasm for fostering the own and vocation development of youthful leaders in the business is unmatched, and I truly feel blessed and honored to get in touch with him a mentor.

NAIOP: How has your knowledge as a NAIOP chapter leader/officer helped you in your experienced vocation?
