Developing the easiest-to-use construction management software has always been Fieldwire’s mission. We are excited to introduce our new project management module on Fieldwire. Our mission is to provide a user-friendly jobsite management software that makes the construction industry more productive and more efficient.

To compete in today’s industry, construction teams need innovative software solutions to use both in the field and the office. With over half of our product roadmap coming directly from customer feedback, Fieldwire is dedicated to delivering more and more solutions for the project management challenges you’re already facing on-site every day.

Construction management on Fieldwire

Fieldwire strives to be the one-stop-shop solution for construction professionals. Project management on Fieldwire offers an easy-to-use, dynamic environment for you to create, track, and complete all the standard documents you need to keep your jobs on-track and on-time: RFIs, Submittals, and (coming soon) Change Orders.

Fieldwire has been proven to save field professionals an average of one hour per day. The addition of project management to Fieldwire’s product offerings will add even greater efficiencies for project managers and all other team members whether in the field or office.

You should not have to navigate complex software or dozens of disconnected calls and emails to ask for information. We’ve built Fieldwire RFIs to mirror how you work, so you can start using the new module and naturally understand how it can help solve everything you right away.

See faster turnaround on RFIs with Fieldwire. Automatic documentation and consolidation of the RFI paper trail helps eliminate the need to gather necessary information at the end of your day. We’re continuing to add enhancements, but we’ve already built key features to:

  • Create RFIs directly from a mobile device in the field
  • Link RFIs to plans and tasks for seamless integration with other features
  • Track activity and work completed to hold parties accountable

When developing our Submittals feature, we replicated the simple-to-use methodology you know and love in our field management features. Construction teams can open up Fieldwire Submittals and get started quickly with no complex onboarding or certification course needed.

Fieldwire gives all the relevant parties visibility to exactly where they are in the submittal process. We’re continuing to add features that empower you to manage your projects more efficiently. Fieldwire Submittals features help you stay on budget and within scope plus have great functionality for:

  • Extracting Submittals from your Specifications
  • Administering your logs to keep projects in scope with our activity tracker

Specification management and distribution can be time consuming and frustrating. Fieldwire automatically splits your spec book into team specific sections for easier navigation. Specifications on Fieldwire automatically update whenever revisions are made, giving everyone immediate access to the most up-to-date versions, and creating a record which you can check anytime.

Fieldwire Submittals will automatically extract from your specifications and import into your log. Fieldwire will link your submittals and the corresponding spec section together, so you eliminate guesswork and save time.
